ONLINE APPLICATION FOR PASSPORT SERVICES

In order to provide more efficient service to applicants, effective from 7th April 2008 application for all passport services should be filled online. For details please see Passport Section on our website. It may be noted that the Consulate will not accept non-online applications after April 7th.

Some delays may occur as a result of the transition to the new system. We regret any inconvenience on this account and applicants are requested to bear with us during this period.

 		 


Consular Counter Timings
Submission of documents: 10.00 am to 12.30 pm (Monday thru Friday)
Token will be issued upto noon only.
Delivery of documents: 4.00 pm to 5.00 pm (Monday thru Friday)

Miscellaneous services applications submitted at the Counter are serviced and delivered normally on the same day except in cases where prior references are required.

Re-issue of Indian Passports are processed and delivered within 7 working days except in cases of renewal of short validity passport and duplicate/damaged passport and in certain cases of passports issued by other Embassies/Consulates/Passport Offices, for which prior reference is required.
