• No Obligation to return to India for J1 visa holder (Fee $66.00)

• Birth / Marriage / Death certificate ($20.00)
• Registration of marriage ($50.00)
• For affixing Consular officers signature and seal for declaration of pay or pension (Gratis)
• Additional charge for each service provided during visa camp ($10.00)
• Cancellation of Indian passport of any Indian national who dies abroad (Gratis)

Note:

1.     All documents which are to be attested should be notarized by a Notary Public.

2.     All documents which are to attested are to be submitted in duplicate.  One copy would be retained by the Consulate.
