GAIL (India) Limited had issued  Expression of Interest (‘EOI’) document for ethane sourcing on 27.01.2016.  Though considerable number of parties submitted their EOI for supply of ethane, few parties sought deviations to some of the conditions prescribed in the EOI document. For wider participation of the parties in the EOI process, GAIL decided to re-float the EOI with amendments. Accordingly, a revised EOI document has been floated inviting EOI from the potential global ethane producers / suppliers / traders for ethane supply.
