Bids are invited from interested parties for interior and exterior painting of residence of the Consul General of India, located at 5634, Briar Drive, Houston, TX 77056.
2. The work includes:
(i) Interior painting of the residence, which includes removing of wall paper
(ii) Exterior painting of the residence
(iii) Caulking of the drive way in front
(iv) Repair of cabinets and sheetrock
(v) Power washing of exterior brick walls and walk way
3. All interested parties may submit their bids for the above work after inspection of site (i.e. Consul General’s residence), as per address given above, latest by 1700 hrs. on 04 September, 2012.
